PLEASE NOTE: We have no idea as to the authenticity of the beret as actually a ‘Russian/Soviet’ beret; however, the patch is authentic. We do not know how it is attached as it is not sewn (possibly ironed on). There are no markings inside the beret. You are getting the beret/patch as we received.

This is a black beret, bearing an authentic (unidentified) vintage Russian/Soviet era patch and metal attachment. As stated above, we do not know the actual authenticity of the beret as a Soviet article nor do we know how the patch is attached; however, it is not sewn. Please see our other military listings.
