This listing is for 2 pair of US Military, Major/Maj (O4), uniform collar AND shoulder rank. These appear brand new in original packaging; however, we have not seen full-size and collar size in the same package (not to say Vanguard never did it, but this is how we received them). Both sets appear new. Again, there is one set of collar sized AND one set of shoulder/cap size rank.
