The cover displays the Navy Working Uniform (NWU) III, Digital woodland, camouflage pattern, and is marked NSN #8415-01-591-9972, size Large/Extra Large. We believe these are New Old Stock (NOS), New Without Tags (NWOT), Helmet Covers; HOWEVER, they may be display and/or storage markings. There are no holes or use observed on any of these covers. Again, as stated above; there is NO helmet with this listing, ONLY the cover. Please see our other military listings.
