Vintage Spanish American War US Navy Dress Blue Uniform Jumper Trousers Named HC

Spanish American War, named, US Navy (USN) enlisted dress blue (crackerjack), uniform (Jumper and Trousers). This piece displays a Yeoman 1st Class rating patch (crossed stitched) on the left arm. The jumper also has the bottom blousing string attached. The trousers have a distinctive lining with felt pockets. There are some seam tears near the bell bottom and the front flap is missing 2 buttons. This piece is stenciled with names on both the jumper (bottom inside front) and trousers (both legs inside bottom). It appears to be 2 different sailors; however, we are not 100% sure as neither name is complete nor can the name be made out. This is a nice period piece in surprisingly very good/ex condition.
