Vintage Vietnam Gentex SPH-5 Pilot Flight Helmet & MBU-5 Oxygen Mask BRC

Vintage, Gentex SPH-5, Fighter Pilot Helmet with MBU-5 Sierra Oxygen Mask. This helmet still has both the clear and smoke lenses. In addition it has the Scott bayonet receivers, and Vietnam era dated inserts. The Sierra Oxygen mask has a crack/separation the length of the mask; however, still attaches as it should. The Gentex interior is still present and in very good/excellent vintage condition. No size could be located; however, appears to be Large or XL as it fit one of our veteran pilot owners with no issues and he wore a large when in the USAF.
