This is an excellent, vintage, Gentex HGU-55, Fighter Pilot Helmet with MBU 12/P Oxygen mask, smoke visor, and camouflage helmet bag. The interior padded lining appears in excellent and possibly new or very limited use. We did not attempt to remove or alter the interior padding to confirm a size. We believe the helmet is possible Large: however, are NOT 100% sure. This helmet does come with the camouflage helmet bag.
